    • An editorial is presented which addresses an effort to increase the availability of HIV prevention services to specific communities in America, and it provides a response to the article "Geography Should Not Be Destiny: Focusing HIV/AIDS Implementation Research and Programs on Microepidemics in U.S. Neighborhoods" by A. Nunn, A. Yolken, B. Cutler, et al. which appears in a 2014 issue of the journal. Health disparities and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are assessed.
