  • The authors reflects on the likely limited effectiveness of the Accountable Health Community model if there is insufficient services to meet needs health care providers identify. They comment on the need for changes in housing policy to allow poor families to live in low-poverty neighborhoods that promote health and talks about the Housing Choice Voucher Program. They mention source of income discrimination in housing and how the Fair Housing Act of 1968 didn't specifically prohibit it.
