  • An editorial is presented which addresses the authors' views about public health and community rebuilding issues in the wake of natural disasters such as Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and it mentions several other articles which appear in the same issue of the journal and deal with topics such as hurricane damage and the financial aspects of hurricanes in America. Hurricane Katrina's impact on New Orleans, Louisiana is assessed.
