  • The article responds to an issue article on heat-related mortality among U.S. citizens as compared with among U.S. non-citizen residents. Topics include problems with heat intervention measures among at-risk non-citizens, regional prevalence of heat deaths in the Southwestern U.S., and the need for more accurate reporting of heat-related deaths.
