El! objetivo! de! nuestro! estudio! fue conocer! la! epidemiología! lesional! en! las! categorías! cadete! y! juvenil! del! fútbol! base.! Para!ello! se! ha! realizado! un! cuestionario!que!ha!sido!rellenado!por!92!jugadores! de! estas! categorías, con! una! media! de! edad! de! 15,57±1,18!años.! Las! preguntas! y! variables! están! distribuidas! en! función! del! lugar! y! tipo! de! lesión! producida,! el! momento!en!el!que!ocurría!y!la!recaída!en la!misma,! así!como!los!factores!de!producción,!la!gravedad!y!si! tuvo! que! ser! intervenida! quirúrgicamente! y/o! tratada!mediante!fisioterapia.! Los! resultados! indican! que! los! lugares! más! lesionados! son! las! zonas! del! tobillo,! rodilla! e! isquiotibiales!(41,1%!del!total)!y!que!el!tipo!de!lesión! más! frecuente! es! el! esguince! (24,8%),! siendo! las! lesiones! que! ocurren! sin! contacto! más! habituales,! con! un! 51,3%! por! encima! de! la! media,! y! produciéndose! éstas! en! los! partidos! con! mayor! reiteración! (36,4%).! Además, encontramos! diferencias! significativas! entre! ambas! categorías! (P=0,003)! en! el! momento! en! que! se! produce! la! lesión,! siendo! la! categoría! cadete! la! que! más! se! lesiona! en! “otros! momentos”! diferentes! a! los! partidos!y!los!entrenamientos.!
The! aim! of! our! study! was! to! know! the! injuries! epidemiology! in! the! under! 16! and! under! 18! categories!of!football schools.!It has!been!carried!out a! questionnaire! completed by! 92! players! of! these! categories,! whose! average! age! was! 15.57±1.18! years.! The! questions! and! variables! of! the! study! are! distributed!based!on!the!part!of!the!body!where!the! injury!is!produced, the!kind!of!injury,!the!moment!in! which!occurs!and!its relapse.!They!are also!based!on! production! factors, the! severity! of! the! injury! and! whether it! has! been! operated! and/or! treated! with! physiotherapy.! Results!obtained!indicate! that!most!injured!parts!of! the! body!are! the!ankle,!knee!and! hamstring! (41.1%! of! total)! and! the!most! common! injury! is! the! sprain! (24.8%).! Injuries! occurred! with! no contact! are! the! most! common, 51.3%! over! the! average,! being! produced usually! in! matches! (36.4%).! In! addition,! significant differences (P=0,003)! between! both! categories! about the! moment! when! the! injury! is! produced! were! found,! being! underP16! the! most! injured!category!in!“other!moments”!different! from matches!or!trainings.!
