Resumen de Case Notes on International Arbitration
The purpose of thes Case Notes on International Arbitration is to report and comment on a selection of decisions on international arbitration made by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in 2017. During that year, the Court made a total of 58 decisions relating to arbitration, among which 46 concerned international arbitration matters (as opposed to domestic cases) and 22 concerned sports matters (referred to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, CAS).
