  • The article focuses on the play King Oedipus written by W.B. Yeats is presented. It explores an instance of classical reception described in the book. It analyzes the process of creating the King Oedipus which can be divided into two periods. It highlights the influence on Yeats's thoughts about art and poetry of the Greeks.
