Arabako Errioxako sarea: hurbilpen e(t)nologikoa

    The wine is much more complex than just wine, and it is our aim to deal with this complexity. The presented article is an anthropological research conducted through oenology, but specially basing on ethnology. The wine is the main character in Rioja Alavesa, but it is not alone; besides viticulturists and wine producers, the research helps to point out different agents that are surrounding the wine. Mountains, vine­ yards, technology, climate, culture and history are intertwined in this region, and all of them have an effect on the wine, as well as they are affected by the wine. By giving space to those elements, a net showing the enoculture of the region will be visible. The aim is to deepen into the elements that create the net, and this way, reflect upon the wide perspective.

    Ardoa ez da soilik ardoa. Konplexutasun horren azterketa da honakoa. E(t)nologiatik buruturiko lana da aurkeztutakoa, antropologiak ardoaren munduan ere zeresana duela erakusten duena, ekarpen desberdinak mahai gaineratuz. Arabako Errioxako eskualdean ardoa da protagonista nagusia, baina ez dago bakarrik; mahastizain eta ardogileez gain bere inguruko zenbait agente ikusten laguntzen digu ikerketak. Men­diak, mahastiak, teknologia,klima, kultura eta historiak elkarloturik daude lurralde honetan, eta guztiek dute eragina ardoarengan, eta eragina jasotzen dute ardoarengandik. Elkarrekintzaz osatutako eskualdea da eta elementu horiei atentzioa jartzean, poliki-poliki enokultura adierazten duen sarea bisibilizatu dezakegu. Helburua, sare hori osatzen duten elementuetan barneratzea da, ikuspegi zabal horretatik hausnarketa desberdinak burutuz
