    En este artículo se interroga la posición del analista a partir de la sentencia de Lacan: “Mejor pues que renuncie quien no pueda unir a su horizonte la subjetividad de su época”. Se explicara por qué el analista no es un humanista, por qué más bien es quien tiene el deber de estar advertido de los ideales presentes en la valentía y en la justicia, ya que es él quien tratará con el real en juego.

    This work is aimed at reflecting on analysts’stance through the Lacanian statement: “So it is better for those who are not able to incorporate the subjectivity of their time into their horizon to resign”. The reason why analysts are not humanist or rather why they have to be aware of the ideals behind bravery and justice is explained since they are the ones who face the intervening real.
