  • Under UK law, antisocial behavior is defined as causing harassment, alarm or distress to another person, and includes violent crime, theft and criminal damage. Children who exhibit these behaviors are more likely to develop psychotic illness, depression and substance abuse. Measures such as anti-bullying programs and monitoring young offenders are not yielding success.
