    El artículo presenta la problemática del desarrollo de la motivación profesional en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Especialidad Informática. Se realiza una fundamentación de la motivación profesional del área de informática y su enseñanza desde lo psicológico que permite obtener sus dimensiones e indicadores. En un tercer momento se diagnostica el estado actual de estas dimensiones e indicadores en los estudiantes arrojando el insuficiente desarrollo de la variable de estudio: desarrollo de la motivación profesional. Se diseña un sistema de acciones que integra lo académico, administrativo, laboral e investigativo y, por último, se implementa el sistema de acciones para valorar su efectividad en la práctica.

    The article presents the problem of the development of professional motivation in students of the degree Bachelor in Education Specialty Computer Science. A foundation of the professional motivation of the area of informatics and its teaching is realized from the psychological one that allows to obtain its dimensions and indicators. In a third moment the current state of these dimensions and indicators in the students is diagnosed, showing the insufficient development of the study variable: the development of professional motivation. A system of actions is designed that integrates the academic, administrative, labor and investigative, and, finally, the system of actions is implemented to assess its effectiveness in practice.
