    En los últimos años, las transferencias internacionales de menores han sido uno de los temas más polémicos del Derecho del Deporte. En el presente trabajo, se analiza la presente regulación sobre transferencias internacionales de menores en las dos Federaciones Internacionales más importantes (FIFA y FIBA) y los casos más relevantes presentados ante el Tribunal Arbitral del Deporte (TAS) sobre esta materia. Además, el trabajo contiene una regulación alternativa sobre esta materia, enfocada al interés del menor.

    In the last few years, Young player’s international transfers has been one of the most polemical issues in the sports law. In the present work it about analysing the present regulation about young player’s international transfers in the two most important international federations (FIFA and FIBA) and the most relevant issues filed against FIFA because of this matter at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS). Besides, this work contains an alternative regulation about this subject, focused in Young player’s interest.
