Resumen de La andragogía y las estrategias metodológicas en el aprendizaje del idioma inglés en adultos

  El objetivo de esta investigación es promover el conocimiento de cómo una persona adulta se centra en el proceso de aprendizaje del idioma Inglés y las estrategias metodológicas para favorecer la participación activa en el desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas. Este trabajo investigativo es de enfoque cualitativo que se basa en el análisis subjetivo e individual y posee un diseño de carácter descriptivo- transversal porque no hay manipulación de variables y se describe la información tal y como se presenta en el medio natural. Las variables a medir fueron la Andragogía y las estrategias metodológicas enfocadas en el aprendizaje del idioma inglés en adultos. Para ello, se aplicó una encuesta al total del tamaño de la muestra, utilizando como instrumento un cuestionario de opinión. Luego, se procedió a la tabulación y procesamiento de la información de forma manual en la cual se obtuvo como resultado que las metodologías aplicadas como es el Aprendizaje basado en problemas y el método de Proyectos ayudaron a un aprendizaje del idioma inglés y al desarrollo de sus habilidades comunicativas.

  The objective of this research is to promote the knowledge of how an adult focuses on the English language learning process and the methodological strategies to encourage active participation in the development of communication skills. This research work has a qualitative approach which is based on a subjective and individual analysis and the characteristic of the design is descriptive-transversal because there is no manipulation of variables and the information is described as it is presented in the natural environment. The variables to be measured were the andragogy and the methodological strategies focused on learning English in adults. To do this, a survey was applied to the total size of the sample, using an opinion questionnaire. Then, it was proceeded to do the tabulation and the processing of the information manually. The results obtained were that the methodologies applied such as problem-based learning and method project helped learning the English language and the development of their communicative skills.
