  • The article focuses on the discovery of a new quark, the pentaquark, by the Large Hadron Collider (LHD), stating previous claims of detection of the pentaquark in 2005 proved to be false positive results, and mentions additional experiments at the LHD could help determine the relation of all five quarks.
