    Análisis acerca de si es posible reclamar tanto por la existencia de una lesión psíquica acreditada por informe pericial como por el concepto propio de daño moral, o aquella queda integrada como parte del daño moral como daño extrapatrimonial. ¿Pueden existir conceptos o partidas en el daño extrapatrimonial reclamables de forma separada o deben integrarse todas en un único concepto y cuantía dentro del daño moral?.
