In this paper we rescue a history chapter of a woman from a good family, we are making a brief memoir. At the beginning of the 19th Century. Rita Espinet, daughter from a lineage of scultors from Olot, was born in Palamós, where her dad worked. She had a miserable marriage and suffered the consequences. Within the boundaires of what is possible, we let her speak, as she did report this case to a tribunal, in this case Girona's royal court. her fearless statement, without any restraint, helps us feminise the story to re-write it from its oblivion. At a time when women did not a say or voice, therefore her heartbreaking testimonial, dominated by sexist and violent men of all kinds
