    El hijo soltero, sin descendientes, con padres sobrevivientes, deberá respetar la legítima en la cuota de la mitad del haber hereditario, ordenada por ley, pese a que el testador instituya heredero universal, quien sólo podrá percibir la mitad del caudal relicto, salvo que el finado haya acordado en testamento y, en su caso, impugnado éste, se declare concurre causa legal de desheredación o indignidad
