This article examines the speeches delivered by the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, before the representatives of Muslims, Reformed, Jews and Catholics during the first year of his office. They reveal the features of an ecclesiastical policy aiming to overcome some aspects of secularism, in the light of the new problems posed by the current religious and cultural pluralism. The author tries to highlight the common features and the specific proposals for such communities
