  • The article offers information on the study conducted by David Kass and his team from the Johns Hopkins Center for Molecular Cardiobiology which found that throwing off contractions timing of the heart could treat a failure in pumping sufficient blood. It mentions that the study involves 23 dogs with heart failure as subject wherein pacemaker was used for the experiment.
