El Dictamen 4/2014 de la Dirección de Notarías y Registros Civiles del Ministerio de Justicia permite a un menor de edad otorgar una escritura ante notario. Este hecho nos obliga a releer los artículos que regulan la capacidad jurídica del menor de edad y cuestionarnos el contenido de esta, su naturaleza y sus alcances.

The Dictum 4/2014 of the Directorate of Notaries and Civil Registers of the Ministry of Justice allows a minor to execute a deed before a notary. This fact compels us to re-read the articles regulating the legal capacity of a minor and to question its content, nature and scope.
