Resumen: El objetivo de la presente investigación es conocer la implementación del Juzgado sin papel en el Poder Judicial de Nuevo León, sus objetivos, su ejecución y alcance, mismo que tiene como base el aprovechamiento de las herramientas tecnológicas en la sustanciación de procesos judiciales con el fin de dar comienzo a la migración vivencial de manera ordenada y dictaminada del expediente físico al expediente electrónico o digital, con la característica operativa de ser juzgado sin papel.

Abstract: The objective of the present research is to be acquainted with the implementation of the Court without paper in the Judicial Power of Nuevo León, its objectives, its execution and scope, which is based on the use of technological tools in the substantiation of judicial processes for the purpose of initiating the migratory experience in an orderly and determined manner from the physical file to the electronic or digital file, with the operative characteristic of being judged without paper.
