    Este artículo retoma las varias tradiciones del bien común existentes en el occidente (Kempshall; Hibst) y se propone restaurar el carácter práctico, operacional de la noción para nuestros tiempos. La primera parte empieza por proponer una reinterpretación de la noción de bien común a la luz de una filosofía de la acción (Blondel, Arendt, Foucault). Luego, sobre la base de trabajos más recientes dedicados a la noción de bien común (Blum, Sluga, Riordan, Gorringe, Zamagni), propone una formalización del concepto, especial-mente por medio del vocabulario empleado por el autor. La segunda parte desarrolla una matriz del bien común, identificando las dimensiones relevantes para una posible medi-ción de la cualidad alcanzada del nexo del bien común.

    This article builds on the traditions of the common good in the western world (Kemps-hall; Hibst) and intends to restore the practical, operational dimension of this notion in our times. It begins (Part I) by proposing a re-interpretation of the common good from the perspective of a philosophy of action (Blondel, Arendt, Foucault). On the ground of more recent work dedicated to the notion (Blum, Sluga, Riordan, Zamagni, Gorringe), it then proposes a formal understanding of the common good, clarifying the vocabulary used by the author. The second part seeks to create a matrix of the common, identifying the relevant dimensions that could be used to measure the achieved quality of the nexus of the common good.
