In the following article, a comparative study between Mexican and Venezuelan tax systems will be dealt with in terms of the treatment given by both legislations a fiction as it is the transactions with related parties, as well as how to determine the income tax, when there is this allege course of action. This seeks to understand the treatment that is given in both legislations to affiliated parties (Mexico) or connected parties (Venezuela), off the price of Transfer Pricing as methods implemented by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Economic Development Transfer Pricing methods.
En el presente artículo se hará un estudio comparativo entre el sistema tributario mexicano y el venezolano respecto a la ficción de las operaciones con partes relacionadas, así como la forma de determinar el impuesto sobre la renta, cuando existe este supuesto. Así, se busca entender el trato que se le da en ambas legislaciones a las partes relacionadas (México) o partes vinculadas (Venezuela), frente a los precios de transferencias como métodos implementados por la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económico.
