  • In this article, the Los Angeles, California-based curator and gallery director Paul Schimmel shares five recent insights relating to his interests and contemporary art. Topics examined include German Expressionist art, exhibitions at the nonprofit organization Art + Practice in Leimert Park, Los Angeles, California, and the exhibition "A Revolution in the Making: Abstract Sculpture by Women, 1947-2016" at the Hauser Wirth & Schimmel gallery through September 4, 2016.
