  • The article focuses on architecture as the base for art. The article discusses the author's use of architecture as dictation for the shape of his paintings, the difference between construction and composition and his addition of doors and windows to give his paintings their distinctive shape. The article also discusses the exhibition "Six Variation on the Security Room" which was on view at the Aspen Art Museum in Aspen, Colorado in 2012.
