  • The article focuses on artist Wilfredo Prieto and his contributions to Latin American art. Topics discussed include his diverse field of work as an artist such as performances, drawings, installations and sculptures, his art work of "Bread Crumbs Are Also Bread, 2011" reflection on conventionally structured systems, reflections of political and social criticism of Cuba in his works and his work of "Time Is Gold" consisting of gold watch hanging from a ceiling.
