  • The article discusses auction houses in New York. For the Fall 2010 auction houses Christie's, Sotheby's, and Phillips de Pury & Co. are offering notable items. Sotheby's are offering 100 works from the collection of Mary Schiller Myers which includes pieces by Alexander Calder, Claes Oldenburg, and Mark di Suvero. Christie's will be offering Jasper Johns's "Dancers on a Plane, Merce Cunningham" and "No. 1" by Robert Rauschenberg.
