  • The article discusses the 13th biennial FotoFest photography festival in Houston, Texas. The festival features portfolio reviews, panels, workshops, and curatorial forums. The author talks about the four main exhibitions at the festival, which featured contemporary photography from the U.S. Photographers featured at the festival included Brian Ulrich, Tim Davis, and Greta Pratt. Photography influenced by the U.S. conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq is also discussed.
