  • The article presents brief comments by the Spanish chef Ferran Adrià on various topics including how drawing is the basis of his creative process, how much he enjoyed reading the book "Perfume: The Story of a Murderer" by Patrick Süskind, and his interest in Latin American and Peruvian cooking as engines of economic development.
