  • The article provides information on the status of contemporary art in Berlin, Germany, as of December 2011. Particular focus is given to artists that have chosen to live and work in Berlin including the Italian painter Pietro Spirito, the American artist Stevie Hanley and the German photographer Iwajla Klinke. According to the author, Berlin is an ideal location for producing art.
