  • The article discusses the sponsorship and patronage of art and artists in Detroit, Michigan. The author makes mention of various foundations and corporations that have invested millions of dollars in the city's art scene, including the Detroit Creative Corridor Center (DC3) and the Kresge Foundation. In addition, the author notes that the city is attracting young and entrepreneurial artists, including Elton Monray Durán and Veronika Scott.
