El mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los directivos de centros mixtos: un modelo de su dirección

    La elaboración de un modelo teórico de la dirección del mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los directivos de centros mixtos, que como proceso compete a las estructuras municipales de educación, para explicar teóricamente dicho proceso y ofrecer orientación metodológica que viabilice su implementación en la práctica, constituyó el objetivo de una investigación cuya fundamentación teórica y resultados se exponen en este artículo. El modelo teórico constituye la respuesta al problema científico identificado en la investigación: insuficiencias en el proceso de mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los directivos de centros mixtos limitan la efectividad de su actividad profesional de dirección. El mismo es un sistema teórico que tiene como propósito explicar el contenido de dicho proceso, a partir de establecer los subsistemas y componentes que lo estructuran, evidenciar sus relaciones, y revelar las nuevas cualidades que surgen de este. La estructura del modelo elaborado está conformada por tres subsistemas que en su dinámica funcional posibilitan la dirección y ejecución efectiva del mejoramiento del desempeño profesional de los mencionados directivos. Ellos son: subsistema informativoorientador, subsistema ejecutivo-movilizador y el subsistema evaluativo - retroalimentador. Estos, a su vez, están conformados por componentes que constituyen subsistemas menores, lo que hace presente la recursividad del sistema.

    The elaboration of a theoretical model of the address of the improvement of the professional acting of the directives of mixed centers that like process concerns to the municipal structures of education, to explain this process theoretically and to offer methodological orientation that viabilice its implementation in the practice, constituted the objective of an investigation whose theoretical foundation and results are exposed in this article. The pattern of the address of the improvement of the professional acting of the directives of mixed centers constitutes the answer to the identified scientific problem, in the investigation; inadequacies in the process of improvement of the professional acting of the directives of mixed centers limit the effectiveness of its professional activity of address. The same one is a theoretical system that has as purpose to explain the content of this process, starting from establishing the subsystems and components that structure it, to evidence their relationships, and to reveal the new qualities that arise of this. The structure of the elaborated pattern is confirmed by three subsystems that facilitate the address and effective execution of the improvement of the professional acting of the directives of mixed centers in its functional dynamics. They are: informative subsystem - orientate, subsystem executive-movilizador and the subsystem evaluative - retroalimentador. These, in turn, they are conformed by components that constitute smaller subsystems, that he/she makes present the recursividad of the system.
