    The network governance model is founded in the communication with different institutions and requires cooperation between the several local actors, but also coo-perative relationships within the institution. Thus, the aim of this paper is to reflect about the dynamics of the relationship between the municipals’ departments. The present study analyses innovative strategies used by three municipals of the interior of Portugal: Gouveia, Guarda and Sabugal. The results point out the inexistence of characteristics of network governance in the three municipals under study and that they still need to develop a more dynamic network relationship

    O modelo de governação em rede significa comunicar com as mais diversas instituições, discutir objetivos e estabelecer relações de cooperação entre os nós estabelecidos dentro da rede, mas também dentro da instituição. Assim, este trabalho procura refletir sobre as dinâmicas de relacionamento entre os departamentos das câmaras municipais. O estudo centra-se na análise das estratégias inovadoras utilizadas dentro dos municípios. Foram consideradas três câmaras municipais do interior de Portugal: Gouveia, Guarda e Sabugal. Os resultados apontam para a não existência internamente de características de Governação em rede nos três municípios em análise, carecendo de uma maior dinâmica de relacionamento em rede
