Resumen de Dolly & me

Tiffany O´Callaghan

  • In 1986, a researcher called Steen Willadsen managed to achieve nuclear transfer from an embryonic cell in sheep. Embryonic cells appeared to accept genetic modification more readily than most other cell types, so nuclear transfer would be a really useful technique for genetic modification. Here, Wilmut narrates how they cloned Dolly.
