  • The article discusses strategies for improving traffic efficiency on urban streets. The unlikely improvement to traffic congestion in Seoul, Korea after a six-lane highway was replaced with an urban park is mentioned. Also discussed is the observed improvement to traffic congestion and safety in situations where all traffic lights, street markings, and sidewalk-street boundaries have been removed.
