  • The article claims that the United States government should ratify the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty. The treaty, which is supported by United States President Barack Obama, will prohibit the United States and other supporters from conducting nuclear test explosions in any form. The author explains why the treaty is beneficial to world politics.
