  • The lectotypification of Rhus cotinus L., replaced synonym of Cotinus coggygria Scop. (Anacardiaceae) is discussed.

    The designation of the nomenclatural type is based on an assessment of Linnaeus’ original material. A specimen from the Clifford Herbarium at BM is designated as lectotype.
