Se abordó la necesidad de perfeccionar la formación permanente del personal docente universitario de la Educación Preescolar que ejerce la función de tutor en la Educación Superior Pedagógica, en respuesta a las demandas de la sociedad para que contribuyan a la formación integral de los profesionales que se preparan para esa educación. Se enfatizó en la preparación del tutor para cumplir sus funciones profesionales pedagógicas, con énfasis en la orientadora.

The necessity was approached of perfecting the permanent formation of the personnel educational university student of the Preschool Education that exercises tutor's function in the Pedagogic Superior Education, in answer to the demands of the society so that they contribute to the integral formation of the professionals that get ready for that education. It was emphasized in the tutor's preparation to complete their pedagogic professional functions, with emphasis in the orientation.
