La motivación por el aprendizaje en los estudiantes de la educación de adultos

    La motivación es un mecanismo y una condición para el aprendizaje y el desarrollo y es también uno de sus resultados. Los adultos por sus características psicosociales, derivadas de su rol en la sociedad, con frecuencia se desmotivan ante el estudio, por lo que para lograr resultados en su aprendizaje, es indispensable estimular la motivación. En el presente artículo se presentan los resultados de la experiencia personal de sus autores en la Educación de Adultos. Tiene como objetivo presentar algunas recomendaciones metodológicas sobre cómo se puede contribuir a la estimulación de la motivación por aprendizaje a partir del carácter significativo que tiene el contenido de enseñanza para los alumnos de la Educación de Adultos. Se Puntualiza la caracterización psicosocial del alumno adulto, el papel del profesor y la sociedad para lograr su motivación por el aprendizaje teniendo en cuenta la vinculación del contenido de la clase con la vida, con sus vivencias y con los conocimientos adquiridos con anterioridad. Se expone una síntesis de los resultados logrados en la aplicación de las recomendaciones metodológicas elaboradas para la estimulación motivacional en el proceso de escolarización de las amas de casa en un municipio de la provincia Granma tomado como muestra.

    The motivation is a mechanism and a condition for the learning and the development and it is also one of its results. The adults for their characteristic psychosocial derived of their list in the society, frequently they discourage from the study, for that that to achieve results in their learning, and it is indispensable to stimulate the motivation. Presently article the results of the personal experience of their authors are presented in the Education of Adults. It has as objective to present some methodological recommendations you can contribute to the stimulation of the motivation for learning starting from the significant character that has the teaching content for the students of the Education of Adults on how. It is remarked the mature student's characterization psychosocial, the professor's paper and the society to achieve their motivation for the learning keeping in mind the linking of the content of the class with the life, with their experience and with the acquired knowledge previously. A synthesis of the results is exposed achieved in the application of the methodological recommendations elaborated for the stimulation motivation in the process of the housewives' learning in a municipality of the county Granma taken as sample.
