    El desarrollo de habilidades de pensamiento, de resolución de problemas y creatividad entre otras, son características que los educandos de hoy en día necesitan para desenvolverse satisfactoriamente en el contexto social y laboral, por lo tanto la educación tiene el compromiso de dar respuesta a estos nuevos requerimientos educativos producto de la globalización y la influencia de los avances científicos y tecnológicos. Para responder con responsabilidad a este reto educativo no es suficiente el compromiso del sistema de educación formal y de los profesionales que trabajan en él, sino además la participación activa de la sociedad y la comunidad de la que forma parte el sistema. Este artículo es una invitación a reflexionar acerca de las prácticas pedagógicas como potenciadoras del aprendizaje y en él, se establecen relaciones entre algunos planteamientos básicos en educación tales como comunidades de aprendizaje, comunidades virtuales de aprendizaje y prácticas pedagógicas.

    The development of skills of thought of solution of problems and creativity between others, are characteristics that the students of these days need to get development themselves satisfactorily within the social and labor context, consequently the education has the obligation of to give answer to these new educational requirements results of the globalization and the influence of the scientist and technological achievements. To answer with responsibility to this educational challenge is not enough the compromise of the formal education system and the professionals that are working within it, but also the active participation of the society and the community where the system belong. This work is an invitation to meditate about pedagogical practices as support of the apprenticeship and within it, to establish relations between some basics establishment in education such as community of apprenticeship, virtual communities of apprenticeship and pedagogical practices.
