Resumen de Os desafios de dizer: aproximações ao testemunho midiático a partir de notícias sobre violência contra a mulher no Brasil

  Este artículo busca reflexionar sobre la calidad del testimonio presentado por textos mediáticos y su confrontación con el testimonio individual, a partir de dos casos específicos. La reflexión desarrollada aquí se basa en un breve análisis textual de dos noticias que circularon en noticieros brasileños y que relataron dos acontecimientos de violencia contra las mujeres. La cuestión que organiza el artículo es, por tanto, las implicaciones de tomar esas noticias como "textos testigos" como la calidad del testimonio presentado por ellas. Incluso considerando que la noción de "testimonio mediático" se presenta, al principio, como instigadora y prometedora, se observa que no puede ser generalizada a cualquier texto mediático bajo el riesgo de pérdida de su fuerza y de producir homogeneizaciones fáciles.

  This article attempts to reflect on the nature of the testimony of midiatic texts and their confrontation with individual testimony, using two specific cases. The reflection developed here is driven toward a brief textual analysis of two news stories circulated by Brazilian television news programs, regarding two events linked to violence against women. The question is raised, here, both as to what it means to take these texts as "testimonial texts" as well as about the quality (if any) of the testimony presented therein. Even considering that that the notion of "media witness" appears at first as strong and instigating, it cannot be generalized to any and all miditiac text at the risk of losing its strength and producing easy homogenizations.

  Este artigo busca refletir sobre a qualidade do testemunho apresentado por textos midiáticos e sua confrontação com o testemunho individual, a partir de dois casos específicos. A reflexão desenvolvida aqui baseia-se numa breve análise textual de duas notícias que circularam em noticiários brasileiros e que relataram dois acontecimentos de violência contra mulheres. A questão que organiza o artigo é sobre tanto as implicações de tomar essas notícias como "textos testemunhais" quanto a qualidade do testemunho apresentado por elas. Mesmo considerando que a noção de "testemunho midiático" se apresenta, a princípio, como instigante e promissora, observa-se que ela não pode ser generalizada a todo e qualquer texto midiático sob o risco de perda da sua força e de se produzir homogeneizações fáceis.
