    En nuestro artículo trataremos la bronquiolitis, que es una de las enfermedades más comunes en la práctica pediátrica. Abordaremos dicha patología, desde su definición, cuadro clínico, complicaciones, diagnóstico y tratamiento. De la misma forma, describiremos un plan de actuación en el que se detallan los diagnósticos enfermeros, así como los objetivos e intervenciones que se realizarán al abordar dicha patología.

    La bronquiolitis es una enfermedad caracterizada por la inflamación de las vías respiratorias y acumulación de moco en las mismas. Se produce por multitud de agentes etiológicos, pero principalmente el responsable es el virus sincitial respiratorio; llegando a afectar a menores de dos años.

    In our article we will treat bronchiolitis, which is one of the most common diseases in pediatric practice. We will address this disease, since its definition, clinical profile, complications, diagnosis and treatment. In the same way, we will describe an action plan where it is detailed the diagnostic nurse, as well as the objectives and interventions that will be made in treatment of his disease. Bronchiolitis is a disease characterized by inflammation of the respiratory tract and mucus accumulation in them. It is produced by a multitude of etiologic agents, but the main responsible is the respiratory syncytial virus; reaching affect children under two years old.
