    Il saggio esamina l’impatto delle più recenti riforme sull’esercizio del potere disciplinare nel settore pubblico. In particolare, mette in luce le novità in tema di fattispecie illecite e di procedura disciplinare, rilevandone i profili di maggiore chiarezza e le residue criticità interpretative, che lasciano permanere uno spazio importante per l’intervento giudiziale.

    The article investigates the impact of the recent reforms on the exercise of disciplinary power in the Italian public sector. More specifically, it focuses on the innovations concerning the disciplinary proceeding and the types of conduct that may be subject to sactions. Eventually the author tries to figure out how the reforms may, on the one hand, bring more clarity on the exercise of disciplinary power, and yet, on the other hand, pave the way for some regulatory uncertainty.
