El objeto del presenta trabajo es el análisis de la Sentencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea de 6 de diciembre de 2017 conocida como asunto Coty Germany. En esta resolución, el Tribunal debe resolver sobre si la licitud conforme al art. 101.1 del Tratado de funcionamiento de la Unión Europea de una cláusula incluida en un contrato de distribución selectiva que restringe a los distribuidores de productos de lujo cuando la venta por Internet cuando se realiza a través de plataformas de terceros.

The purpose of this paper is the analysis of the Judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 6 December 2017 known as the Coty Germany case. In this resolution, the Court must decide on whether it is lawful according to art. 101.1 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union a clause included in a selective distribution contract that restricts the sale by the Internet of the distributors of luxury products when the sale is made through third-party platforms.
