    This article involves several critic reflections on the draft bill to reform the Civil code about persons with disabilities. It comments the articles which I consider that should be modificated, with the intention of improving their redaction or fulfilling their content. Specially, the ones referring to preventive terms, facto guardian and the problems that the article 96 represents.
