  • Titanium dioxide producer Venator has announced price increases that will come into effect on April 1, according to a letter to customers seen by Industrial Minerals.

    Venator is increasing prices in Europe by €120 ($147) per tonne; in North America prices will increase by $0.07 per lb; and elsewhere in the world prices will go up by $150 per tonne.

    These prices will form the basis for second-quarter price negotiations with buyers.
