It provides overview of the significant contribution of women to the economy, and they also represent the majority of university graduates and labor market in the past three decades. However, amid the progress, the remaining gaps are resistant to closure, which require specific and timely action to remove the barriers that prevent them from having same access as men to economic opportunities.
