  • The article discusses the need for development of laws in the U.S. related to the decision making on use of nuclear weapons, as discussed by the nuclear security experts. It discusses its impact on the military response system and national security of the U.S. It also mentions the protections under the U.S. nuclear decision chain against poor judgments, misuse and accidental deployment.
