  • The article informs that the U.S. can minimize the danger of future disease outbreak with a robust health emergency fund. Topics discussed include unexpected outbreaks of devastating diseases like ebola, chikungunya, yellow fever and zika, need to strengthen national public health emergency fund of the U.S. not to displace efforts to combat infectious disease but to ramp them up to meet a crushing temporary need.
