  • The article presents the study on a laboratory model that mimics the workings of human female reproductive system conducted by Northwestern University obstetrics and gynecology professor Teresa K. Woodruff and colleagues. It states that researchers grew human and mouse cells from reproductive organs in a network of tiny and interconnected cubes. It mentions that the result of the study will allow students to conduct studies on wide range of conditions such as cervical diseases.
